Ankita Diwekar Kabra (Primary School Principal ): Ankita is a Computer Science Engineer from Mumbai University. She worked with i-Flex Solutions (now known as Oracle Financial) for a year before doing her Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. She also worked with Procter & Gamble for 8 months after IIMA before co-founding Fountainhead Preschool with Vardan. She has done an year's training in the Steiner Method of Education and a post graduate diploma in "School leadership and Management". She oversees the curriculum design and implementation of the IB - PYP program. She also handles administrative responsibilities including admissions, teacher training and resource management. Ankita also oversees the operations of Fountainhead Preschool.

Vardan Kabra (Head of School): Vardan is a B.Tech & M.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Sciences from IIT Mumbai. After his Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, he co-founded Fountainhead Preschool with Ankita. He has led the operations of Fountainhead School in Surat since it's beginning in 2008. He's responsible for the overall academics and administration of the school, the teacher training & leadership development program at Fountainhead. He ensure that innovative pedagogy and student-centric education is brought into classroom practice through constant training and mentoring of teachers. Vardan's passion for sports and arts has been translated into a strong culture of sports and arts for all Fountainhead stakeholders!

Parag K Shah (Chairperson): A diamantaire by profession since the last two decades, Parag is the Executive Director of K Girdharlal International Pvt. Ltd., a leading diamond manufacturer and exporter from India. Parag has a strong passion and vision to bring high quality education to the city of Surat and he played a pivotal role in the establishment of Fountainhead School. His vision of building a value-driven institute of excellence has played the primary role in nurturing Fountainhead School. He continues to play a vital role in major strategic decisions, and framing of school's policies. His passion for modern architecture has translated into a unique, airy and comfortable school building and his passion for nature has ensured the large number of trees of the school campus.
