Admissions are open for the Academic Session 2012-13 for all Grades. Please follow the 3 step admission process given below:
1. Attend “EDUCATION FOR TOMORROW” Workshop - Details given below
2. Submission of online Admission form and documents 3. Assessment
The Admission Packet includes:
1. This introduction letter (that you are reading)
2. School Brochure and FAQ’s
3. Fee Structure
4. Admission Form Request
5. Parents Undertaking (2 copies - parent copy and school copy)
STEP 1. EDUCATION FOR TOMORROW* Workshop:
- Timings: 8:30 – 11:30 am
- Venue: Fountainhead School
- Prior registration is compulsory.
- Workshops will be conducted by Head of School & Admission Team
STEP 2. Submission of Online Admission Form and Documents:
- It is compulsory to fill up the online inquiry form.
- Log on to our website www.fountainheadschools.org and click on Admissions - Admission - Inquiry Form.
- Fill up the complete inquiry form with all the details and submit online.
- In case you do not fill the inquiry form, you will be required to fill it when you come to complete the admission process.
- A fee of Rs. 1500/- (Early Years) and Rs. 2000/-(Primary/ Middle years) has to be paid for the admission form. After payment a user name and password will be generated within 24 hours. This user name and password will be given to you through SMS and email.
- After receiving the user name and password please log on to the school website www.fountainheadschools.org and click on Admissions - Admission - Admission Form.
- Without the user name and password, the admission form cannot be accessed.
- Fill the complete admission form with all the details and submit it online.
STEP 3. Assessment:
- Students for Grades 1 – 9 have to come to Fountainhead School, Kunkni for the assessment test.
- The test will be scheduled after the online process is completed and all document have been submitted.
- No assessment test for Early years (Nursery, Jr.Kg, Sr.Kg). A parents interaction will be scheduled.
- Admission status for the Early /Primary/Middle years will be announced within 3 – 4 working days after all the processes are complete.
*Please submit the following to school in the envelope provided to you:
1. Admission Form Request with complete details signed by a parent.
2. Attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
3. Four passport size photographs and one family photograph (parents, child & siblings)
4. School’s copy of “Parent’s Undertaking” initialed on each page & signed by both parents.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Please fill up all the details carefully. The name of thechild and parent should be as per submitted documents (Birth Certificate) only.
- In case of any change, it should be supported by appropriate legal documents.
- The school will not entertain requests for change in names after the admission is confirmed.
- The parents must fill the admission forms themselves.
- Neither collection of admission form nor its submission is a guarantee for admission to the school.
