2.      Fee Structure

3.      Request for an Admission Form

4.      School Brochure & FAQ’S

5.      Recommendation Form

6.      Parents Undertaking (2 copies- 1 parent copy & 1 school copy)

Please submit the following back to school in the same envelop given to you:

1.      Admission form request with complete details signed by parent.

2.      Attested copy of the child's Birth Certificate.

3.      Four passport size photographs and one family photograph (parents, child & siblings only)

3.      School’s Copy of “Parent’s undertaking” initialed on each page & signed by both parents.
