Welcome to the New Academic Session 2013 - 14. The admission packet contains the following:

1. This introduction letter (that you are reading)
2. Fee Structure
3. Admission Form Request
4. Parents Undertaking
5. Indemnity for Parents Undertaking
6. Recommendation Letter (only for non Fountainhead Preschool students)
7. Bank Slip

Please submit the following back to school in the same envelop given to you:

1. Admission form Request with complete details signed by parent.
2. Attested photo copy of birth Certificate
3. 5 passport size photographs and one family photograph (parents, child & siblings together)
4. School's Copy of Parent undertaking signed on each page by both parents.
5. Previous year's Report Card (Grade 2 on wards)
6. Original School Leaving Certificate (Please submit it before 31st April).
