2. FEES:
1st Installment of Annual Academic Charges along with Imprest amount (details given below) needs to be paid by 31st March in the deposit slip given to you at any of the four branches of HDFC Bank (Parle Point, Ring Road, Adajan, Varachha). For cheque payments you can make one single cheque for the total amount in the name of “Fountainhead Education Trust”. In case the fee is not paid by March 31, Rs. 100/day will be charged as late fee charges.

3. Orientation Packet by April
Details regarding uniform, school bag, shoes, I-Card of the student, bus route, Pick up and Drop off timings, will be given in April.
4. Optional Orientation Programme for Primary Students:
There will be an orientation programme for students of Grade 2‐9 where in they will be given different activities, worksheets, attend the class with old students and be familiar with the new environment. This orientation programme is optional and not compulsory. Transportation will be provided as per the existing routes and stops only – all children not falling on these stops will need to arrange for their own transport if they wish to come for the orientation program.
5. New Parents Orientation Meeting / Parents Curriculum Meetings
The New Parents’ Orientation Meeting will cover all the details regarding school polices & philosophy, rules and regulations, meetings and teachers. It will also cover the broad syllabus for the whole year and details of the 1st Unit of Inquiry (UOI) for coming session.
This meeting also is compulsory for both parents to attend to ensure that you have a clear understanding of Primary Years Programme and how education will be delivered to your child. We will also be covering important school policies (such as attendance, tuition etc.) in this meeting. Children are not allowed to accompany the parents for this meeting.
