ADMISSION PROCEDURE The Admission process for the Academic Session 2012-13 starts from 3rd October, 2011 for Jr. Kg. and from 14th November for Nursery, Sr. Kg. and Grades 1 - 9. Please follow the 2 - step admission process given below:
1. Attend “EDUCATION FOR TOMORROW” Workshop.
2. Submission of online Admission form and documents
1. EDUCATION FOR TOMORROW* Workshop: This Workshop is a pre-requisite for seeking admission in Fountainhead School for the 2012-13 session. If the workshop is not attended, there will be no guarantee for admissions.

2. Submission of Online Admission Form and Documents:
- It is compulsory to fill up the online inquiry form.
- Log on to our website www.fountainheadschools.org and click on Admissions - Admissions Inquiry Form.
- Fill up the complete inquiry form with all the details and submit online.
- In Case you do not fill up the inquiry form, you need to fill it up when you come for Admission process in school.
- When you come for admission process you need to pay Rs. 1500/- (Early Years) and 2000/-(Primary/ Middle years) for admission form. After payment a user name and password will be generated within 24 hours. This username and password will be given to you through SMS and email.
- After receiving the user name and password please log on to the school website www.fountainheadschools.org and click Admissions - Admissions Admission Form.
- Without the user name and password, admission form cannot be accessed.
- Fill the complete admission form with all the details and submit online.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Please fill up all the details carefully. The name of child and parent should be as per submitted documents (Birth Certificate) only.
- In case of any change, it should be supported by appropriate legal documents.
- The school will not entertain requests for change in names after the admission is confirmed.
- The parents must fill in the admission forms themselves
- Neither collection of admission form nor its submission is a guarantee for admission to the school.
