Fountainhead stands firm in its whole-hearted endeavours to deliver a strong value based education. Nothing is just for the heck of it and naturally the architecture of the place has strong lessons for everyone. The architecture of the school is based on 4 fundamental values which is also the message it strives to impart:
Honesty: The primary architectural expression is by using the bare materials like form finished RCC and unplastered burnt clay bricks. The message is that even by remaining honest to a material (and not putting an additional make up of plaster and paint), one can create spaces which excite and inspires the user. Working with these materials which do not leave any room for mistakes also teaches us all about the ‘first creation’ and then the actual one
Transparency: The school design is really highlighting the Value of Transparency that one needs to bring in everyone's life. You want it or don't want it, the building is too powerful to stop the children from imbibing this value

Sensibility: It is so much necessary to develop a measure of what is sensible in any situation. The building exemplifies this through its climatically sensible design which allows the wind to pass through, but keeps the sun and rain away

Independence: The quality of independent thinking is one of the most important quality that we, at Fountainhead, want to equip every child with. The architecture of the place is a very good response to this aim by creating a series of spaces imparting freedom of movement and loose geometry that questions the regimental thinking processes.
