For Parents and Students:
How to login to school email id?
- You can do so through 2 URLS: refer the Table 1
- Type in the username and password to login.
- For example: The student name is Amanda Joseph
- Then the parent email id will be: email@example.com
- For parents, who have 2 or 3 children studying in fountainhead school, there are parent email id created for each child.
- Password will be the 10 digit- Father’s Mobile no.( for eg if it is 7788991010) as per school records.
- You have to enter the Username as per the URL chosen (refer Table 1 above) and the password: 7788991010
- Click on Login
- Once you have done the above steps, on the first login, you will be prompted to change your password, so you can set the password as per your wish. After this, every subsequent time , when you want to login , you have to use the password which you have set.
And how will you activate the following:
a. Blog post commenting:
- Click on the Login to comment option after any blog post
- Login with your school email id and password as mentioned above
- You can then add a comment to the blog post.
b. Blog notifications:
- You are auto subscribed to notifications from our end, so you will automatically get email notifications for the relevant blog categories according to the grade and section of your child.
Steps for booking goal setting slot:
- Login in your Gmail account with your parent id. in the format firstname.lastname@example.org eg. email@example.com
- Click on the link for Goal setting slot booking.
- Click on the link – Next available appointment slot
- Book your slot as per the preferred time.
- While booking the slot in case you want to attend goal setting through google hangout, please mention in the description I want to opt for google hangout and save the slot.
- After receiving the request for google hangout, the HRT will send you an invite for google hangout session separately.
